- Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the Service.

- Generate AI-assisted pool service reports on your behalf.

3. AI processing
When you generate a report, the data you provide (chemical readings, services, notes) is sent to our AI provider solely to produce the report text. We do not use this data to train third-party models, and we do not sell it.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service:
- Hosting & database: our cloud infrastructure providers.
- Payments: Stripe (for subscription billing).
- AI: our model provider, used solely to generate report text.
- Legal: when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data and saved customer list for as long as your account is active. You may delete saved customers at any time from the Customers page. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), authentication, and row-level access controls so each user can only access their own data. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
